We have received the PIS (Picture Information Sheet) of your Host Family for both Japan and Korean Homestay. Currently the club is sorting the PIS, and the file will be sent to participant email address. If you do not receive any email regarding the Host Family before Sunday 20th May 2012, please contact the club office for further information and clarification. Please take note that the information inside the PIS is strictly private & confidential and you are not allowed to share the information with other people except you own family. Date: 28th May 2012 (Monday) @ 2.00PM Location: Concorde Inn KLIA. FOR MAP PLEASE CLICK HERE Please take note that participant need to bring along all luggage on the orientation day check-in. We will conduct a half-day-Orientation program and participant will spend the night at the Hotel. Then on the next day, we will proceed to travel to KLIA by group. Transportation from Hotel to KLIA will be provided. Accommodation and meals are provided. There will be a 1 hour Parent Briefing shortly after the orientation day Check-in @ 2.30-4.0pm After the briefing is over, parents are only allowed to meet the participant at KLIA on the next day. Once the group flight check-in is completed (Usually around 2 hour before terminal gate is open) parents can meet up with the participant for around 1 hour before the group proceed to gather at the Departure Gate. 2. Item that you need to bring for Australian Homestay: 1. Casual Attire for 8 days (Autumn/Winter Temp around 13-25C) 2. Pocket Money (Suggestion around AUD 300.00) 3. Stationary. 4. 1 School Text Book. 5. 1 Favorite magazine. 6. One favorite Music CD. 7. A Postcard with Malaysian background. 8. Family photo album 9. One set of traditional costume. (Optional) 10. Medication for personal usage. Please take note for Australian Homestay your are not allowed to bring any types of food. Item that you need to bring for Korean Homestay: 1. Casual Attire for 8 days (Spring/Summer Temp around 18-27C) 2. Pocket Money (Suggestion around 300,000.00 Korean Won) 3. Stationary. 4. 1 School Text Book. 5. 1 Favorite magazine. 6. One favorite Music CD. 7. A Postcard with Malaysian background. 8. Family photo album 9. One set of traditional costume. 10. Medication for personal usage. 11. Dried Food for personal usage.
