Manual Application Steps Print E-mail

We have written a guide to help you better understand how may participate in our homestay program. If you have any enquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The Procedure

 Step 1Fill in the application form, and the parental consent letter. Send it over to our office, and attach a cheque amounting to RM2,000. MUST be in cheque or bank-draft form, addressed to: KELAB ANTARABANGSA HIROSHIMA KUALA LUMPUR. The processing will take about a month’s time. We will announce the names of successful participants 1 month after the closing date for application submissions.
 Step 2Students who are selected will receive their offer letters. You must return the remainder of their participation fees.
 Step 3Download the Japanese visa application form. (You may also wish to peruse the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan. Please print out the form must return it with the original passport by hand. Please make an appointment with the administrative officer before dropping by the office.
 Step 4 Attend the orientation course, which is a mandatory requirement to participate in the homestay program. The date of the homestay program is to be announced.
 Step 5If you’ve gone through all of the above steps, that’s it! All you have to do now is wait for your flight!
